GRASAG Bloc

The association exists to champion the course of member institutions in fighting for their rights and privileges in the laws of Ghana or the statutes establishing the respective universities of members.
It’s an objective of the association to collaborate with other student associations and unions in the country and elsewhere in matters of mutual interest as well as organizing lectures, symposia, debates, meetings and any other activity which general promotes the welfare of member institutions.
GRASAG currently operates local chapters in fourteen (14) public and private universities with local representatives (Executives) on all important boards/committees of their respective universities including the highest decision making body (University Council).
We have been successful with setting up a chapter in the United States (US) to champion the welfare objectives of Ghanaian postgraduate students there. Our numerical strength in membership stands at about 20,000 that’s a sum of all students pursuing all forms of postgraduate studies (MA, MBA, MSC, MPHIL, PHD etc.)
